O.J. Simpson is reportedly being looked at by dozens of networks for a reality television show, since being granted parole Thursday after serving almost nine years for armed robbery in Las Vegas in 2008.
“Everyone in town is shopping him [Simpson] a reality show,” an insider tells New York Post’s Page Six Thursday, after the Nevada Board of Parole granted the 70-year-old Hall of Famer release from prison. (RELATED: Report: O.J. Simpson Worried ‘Media Hype’ Is Going To Keep Him ‘Locked Up’)

“The question will be if that’s a provision of parole to not do media,” the insider added. “It would be odd because he hasn’t bothered anyone in the media. He would have to get permission from parole to do that. Whatever he does for work, he will have to get it approved.”
Simpson has spent the last eight years at Lovelock Correctional Facility near Las Vegas, Nevada, where he was sent 13 years to the date after he was acquitted in the 1994 murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman.
The report notes that if reality TV doesn’t work, the former football player can most likely make a living signing autographs and taking photographs with fans. He is still paying for the $33.5 million dollar settlement handed down in the civil case over the deaths of his ex-wife and Goldman.
His children, Nicole, Sydney and Justin are reportedly nervous about how Simpson’s release could change their lives.
“The kids are nervous,” the insider explained. “They’re doing business as usual. They’ve turned into remarkably well-adjusted adults.”
Simpson could be out as early as October 1 .
