Corey Lewandowski has been fired. Again.
Three sources with knowledge of the situation tell The Daily Beast that the former Trump campaign manager and current informal adviser to the president has been let go from One America News Network, a pro-Trump cable channel pitching itself as an aspiring Fox News.
Lewandowski angered OANN leadership with his frequent appearances on Fox and other competitors, which one former OANN employee described as “a big no-no” with the channel’s leadership.
Well, how could he stay away from all those TV studios? The camera loves him.
These are tough times for Trump supporters, presumably. In a dispute between two putative allies, who do you root for? Who still has the boss’s ear today, and who’s fallen out of favor? Who’s a friend and who’s a traitor? How will it all change tomorrow?
Ha ha, just kidding about that last one. You guys can’t afford to think ahead all the way to tomorrow. Not when everything can change at any moment based on one of Trump’s whims. There’s absolutely no way to predict what’ll happen next. You’re better off not even trying, let alone caring.
