Two women racked up nearly a thousand dollars worth of damages during an order dispute at a Jacksonville Chick-fil-A on Monday night, Action News Jax reports.

A video of the incident was shot by a nearby customer and subsequently uploaded to the internet. The entire altercation can be seen below.

Bystanders told Action News Jax that the entire controversy started after one woman demanded a refund for cold chicken nuggets. One witness stated that a young boy was arguing with a store employee for around 20 minutes before the two women joined the fray.

According to the police report, the employee denied the request, stating that the store was closing and no more orders would be fulfilled that day.

One of the women left temporarily, then tried to re-enter the establishment only to discover the door had been locked. She immediately tried to forcibly enter the restaurant and caused $900 worth of damages in the process.

“(They) beat on the door trying to bust the glass and pull and jiggle the door handle till the door handle literally breaks off the door,” a customer later posted on Facebook.

Chuck Campbell, owner of the Chick-fil-A franchise, released the following statement:

“We apologize for the disruption that took place at our restaurant. We are cooperating fully with the local police as there is a pending investigation.”

The suspects could be charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. Jacksonville police are still investigating the incident.
