The woman who is accusing Usher for failing to inform her of his Herpes diagnosis before having sexual contact with her has come forward.

Quantasia Sharpton delivered a statement on her lawsuit against the singer alongside celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom on Monday morning. During the statement Sharpton detailed the night that she met the “Let It Burn” singer and claimed that he never warned her about any STDs.

“Although I am negative, I was upset by the reports because I would have never consented if I would have known. I would not have taken the risk of getting an incurable disease. My health is very important to me,” she said. “I feel that my rights were violated.”

Bloom is filing a lawsuit against against the “Confessions” singer on behalf of two women and one man, who all claim they had sexual contact with Usher after his alleged diagnosis, according to TMZ. One of those two clients has tested positive for herpes. (RELATED: Usher Allegedly Paid A Woman $1.1 Million After Giving Her Herpes)

It is still unknown whether or not the 38-year-old singer is carrying the disease, but a previous report by Radar Online claims that he paid a woman $1.1 million to settle a lawsuit after contracting the STD.

Bloom is pursuing a court order forcing Usher to reveal he has an STD to any of his future sexual partners.
