Brits frustrated with the country’s decision to leave the European Union are mocking “Brexit” in a musical performance put on in Edinborough, Scotland.

“Brexit The Musical” is on at The Edinborough Festival Fringe, reported Yahoo News Monday. The musical comedy features a mock of Brexit supporter Boris Johnson, wearing Union Jack underwear and socks. The entire performance runs an hour and is running throughout August, according to The Edinborough Festival Fringe website.

The show is “an escape from the dreary reality of where we are,” the show writer and EU trade lawyer, Chris Bryant, told Reuters. “I think we are heading towards a colossal mess, and I’m of the view that we will end up with a ‘hard Brexit’ almost by accident, rather than by design,” he added.

“It’s not the most cutting-edge piece of writing, but it is a lot of fun and the material found plenty of laughs,” reads a review in Theatre Weekly. “The score is, however, very well written, there are some real top end show tunes in there that you’ll still be humming on the way home. A couple of the songs even go some way to humanising the politicians, not to the point where they actually become likeable of course, but enough that you don’t want to burst in to tears whenever they start rolling out the soundbites.”

Bryant hopes to take his show to London following the end of the festival.
