Orange County police officers arrested Jocsan Feliciano Rosado, 22-year-old man, as he viewed the solar eclipse from a parking lot next to a stolen car, reported Fox 5 Monday.
Rosado allegedly stole the car and led the Orange County Sheriff’s Office on a chase before parking in a Harbor Freight tool store parking lot.
Rosado was wearing a welder’s mask with blue flames when officers surprised the grand theft astronomy enthusiast thief standing outside the parked stolen car.
