Legendary NFL running back Jim Brown has officially torn Colin Kaepernick apart for disrespecting America and the national anthem.
The Cleveland Browns star and Hall of Fame member told the following to The Post Game during a recent interview:
I’m going to give you the real deal: I’m an American. I don’t desecrate my flag and my national anthem. I’m not gonna do anything against the flag and national anthem. I’m going to work within those situations. But this is my country, and I’ll work out the problems, but I’ll do it in an intelligent manner.
If you have a cause, I think you should organize it, present it in a manner where it’s not only you standing or sitting on one knee, but a lot of people that is gonna get behind each other and do something about it. If I ask you one question: Who is Colin calling on to follow what he’s talking about?

It doesn’t get much worse for optics than when Brown, one of the most respected athletes in the history of America, comes out swinging against kneeling for the national anthem. Kaepernick just keeps getting poured on these days.
Yesterday, Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy said Kaepernick wasn’t good enough for teams to put up with the distractions that come with signing the quarterback.
He’s just taking losses everywhere these days, and that doesn’t appear to be ending anytime soon. I sure hope taking a knee to protest whatever it was he thought he was protesting was worth it.
