Fox Sports new show “First Things First” has been off to arguably the roughest start in the history of sports television.
The show hosted by Nick Wright and NFL legend Cris Carter is only drawing around 30,000 viewers an episode, according to Sports TV Ratings.

Source: a 0.03 overnight rating (technically a 0.0 for the rounders) for First Things First. same as a year ago.

30,000 for a debut national TV show?! Yikes. That’s not even Vandy’s football stadium. Worst national cable sports TV debut ever. https://t.co/XNkEEiJPJa

So ratings got worse on day 2 too? Yikes. https://t.co/LNuftljY26

It’s hard to comprehend how pathetic these numbers are. For example, they’re not even close to getting the same audience and viewership I get on Facebook Live videos. If I got the same numbers as “First Things First” I’d be fired, and rightfully so.
It’s particularly interesting because Colin Cowherd’s show “The Herd” has been doing incredibly well for FS1. I don’t imagine “First Things First” is going to be on television much longer if the ratings don’t see a quick uptick.
