New Orleans head coach Sean Payton and his newly acquired running back Adrian Peterson don’t seem to be off to the greatest start.
The Saints fell to the Minnesota Vikings Monday night, and one moment caught everybody’s attention. Peterson gave Payton a death stare as the two of them were on the sidelines.
The former Vikings superstar also mouthed something to his new coach, but it was hard to tell what he was saying at the time.

However, people shouldn’t overreact, because according to Peterson, it wasn’t that serious of a situation.
“Let’s be clear…I said we need to run the ball up their Donkey. Nothing more. I’m passionate but respect my coach at the same time,” Peterson tweeted slightly before midnight Monday.

Doesn’t seem like things are firing on all cylinders down in New Orleans. Of course, it’s only the first game. This shouldn’t be too concerning, unless it carries over into the following weeks.
