The Denver Broncos gave the Dallas Cowboys a run for their money in Sunday nights game. The Broncos won 42-17, but that wasn’t before a scary moment with wide receiver Bennie Fowler received a concussion.
Concussions happen all the time, but some are scarier than others. When Fowler jumped to catch the ball, he came back down and landed on his head.
He was able to get up, but not without a struggle. Fowler got up and then went back down, and then down again. It was one of those moments where it really makes you think about the kind of impacts the players go through all the time.
Fowler tweeted out to all of his followers last night thanking him for their support and letting them know he is okay.
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, I am ok! Great team win on all phases today #BroncosUp

Watching what happened to Bennie Fowler makes me nauseous. It’s a violent sport regardless of rules.
