The rollout of Megyn Kelly’s morning show on NBC has been plagued with problems, and Thursday’s episode showed no sign of it getting better.

During an interview with U.S. women’s soccer star Carli Lloyd, Kelly’s cameraman stepped into the live shot and said, “shit!” before stepping back out.

“Megyn Kelly Today” has had a number of major issues since it started this week. In the same show Thursday morning, Kelly responded to Saudi Arabia allowing women to drive by criticizing the U.S. for having “such a long way to go” on women’s rights. On the Monday premiere of the show, Kelly made an awkward gay joke with the cast of “Will and Grace,” when she asked a gay fan of the show, “Is it true that you became a lawyer–and you became gay–because of Will?”

“I don’t know about the lawyer thing — but I think the ‘Will & Grace’ thing and the ‘gay thing’ is gonna work out great!” she also told the fan.

On the show Wednesday, Kelly upset her guest Jane Fonda by asking about her plastic surgery.

“You admit you’ve had work done, which I think is to your credit, but you look amazing. I read that you said you felt you’re not proud to admit that you’ve had work done. Why not?” Kelly asked.

“Good attitude, good posture. I take care of myself, but let me tell you why I love this movie that we did, ‘Our Souls at Night,’ rather than plastic surgery,” Fonda replied.

Unfortunately for Kelly, she has yet to have a show that hasn’t resulted in at least one error or controversy. (RELATED: Megyn Kelly’s Today Show Plagued By Awkward Moments And Offensive Remarks)
