Former NFL player Domonique Foxworth appeared on CNN Friday and said that trying to separate race and politics from sports is a form of “pernicious supremacy” itself.
“The signs that say and people who say we should separate race and politics from sports, that is a form of pernicious supremacy in and of itself,” he said.
He continues, “Black people like me, i don’t have a choice to forget about past.”
“There’s not a time I’m not reminded of racism and not reminded of this country’s history,” he stated.
