Kamala Harris Introduced At Speech As Pulling ‘White Supremacist’ Jeff Sessions’ ‘Sheet Off’

Sen. Kamala Harris of California was introduced before a crowd in Atlanta, Georgia Sunday by a speaker who smeared Attorney General Jeff Sessions, implying he is a part of the KKK.

Harris, was introduced to a black church by Eugene Duffy, described by AP News as a “personal friend of Harris.”

Duffy reportedly introduced her by lauding her questioning of “that white supremacist Jeff Sessions,” saying he “pulled [Sessions’] sheet off.” (RELATED: Kamala Harris Wants Congress To Investigate ‘Root Causes’ Of ‘Violent White Supremacy’)

Harris also used the speech to talk about what she saw as a more united America than some think. The senator said, “I believe it is time we replace the divide-and-conquer.”

Kamala Harris is thought by many to a be a possible contender for the 2020 Democratic ticket. However, Harris has also faced some trouble from the “Bernie wing” of the Democrats, many of whom see her as being to emblematic of corporate-friendly liberalism embodied by Hillary Clinton.
