President Trump tweeted a video of a crowd singing the national anthem before a National Hockey League game Saturday, saying, “19,000 RESPECTING our National Anthem!”

The video is from last November, before a game between the St. Louis Blues and the Chicago Blackhawks.

Trump tweeted this Saturday night, before Sunday’s NFL football, where a number of players have kneeled to protest police brutality and racial issues in the United States.

The president has been critical of such players. During an Alabama rally in September, Trump said, “Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son of a bitch off the field right now, he’s fired! He’s fired!'” (RELATED: Trump On NFL Anthem Kneelers: ‘Get That Son Of A B**** Off The Field [VIDEO])

Trump also said, “You know, some owner’s gonna do that. He’s gonna say, ‘That guy who disrespects that flag, he’s fired,'” he said, adding, “They’ll be the most popular person in this country cause that’s a total disrespect of our heritage, that’s a total disrespect of everything that we stand for.”
