Taylor Swift sent flowers to a wounded female police officer following the Las Vegas strip massacre.

LAPD Intel Analyst Kimberlee Binder confirmed to People Magazine that one of their officers had been shot during the attack on a country music festival, and Swift stepped up by sending some flowers to the hospital.

Binder shared a photo of the flowers on Instagram with the following caption:

Talk about a class act! @taylorswift sent multiple bouquets of flowers and plants to our station, as one of our officers was shot in Las Vegas last night. This is one of the smaller arrangements. Beautiful flowers can bring a smile to anyone’s face. Much respect.

This is why I’m pro-Taylor Swift. Didn’t go out of her way to make a big deal about anything, just sent the flowers to the hospital to a police officer she doesn’t even know and eventually word got out.

Didn’t have to make a show of it on social media, unlike plenty of other celebrities who try to make bad times about themselves. What happened in Las Vegas was a tragedy, and it’s great to see people coming together.

I’m not the least bit surprised Swift stepped up with just a small token of appreciation for the police officers involved.
