A screenwriter said Harvey Weinstein promised to “green light” her script if she watched him masturbate in a 2008 late night office meeting.

Louisette Geiss made the claim in a press conference with her lawyer Tuesday, reported Page Six. She said Weinstein invited her to the meeting during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, and she agreed, but with a caveat.

“I will take this meeting if you will shake my hand and say you will not touch me,” Geiss recounted telling him.

Weinstein donned a bathrobe at one point in the meeting, she said, and told her, “he could green light my script, but I had to watch him masturbate.” She walked out of the meeting and soon after left the entertainment industry altogether, according to Deadline.com.

“I never thought I would have the chance to stand up against Harvey Weinstein,” Geiss told reporters.

WATCH:

The statute of limitations in Utah is four years, so she likely can’t take Weinstein to court over the allegations. But her lawyer said she has evidence she wants to present before an arbitration judge.

Weinstein allegedly has a long history of sexual assault, which has surfaced in a recent report from The New York Times. Women continue bringing up new allegations of sexual abuse, including Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie.

Weinstein reportedly boarded a private jet for sex rehab in Europe Tuesday.
