Melania Trump stepped off the plane in Michigan rocking a lavender coat with jeans on Monday.
The first lady looked stunning in the coat that she paired with a grey top and jeans during a visit with Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos to Orchard Lake Middle School in West Bloomfield, Michigan, as part of National Bullying Prevention Month.
During the trip, it was clear the kids thought the first lady was a rock star, rushing to take pictures with her during her visits to the classroom and later the school cafeteria. (RELATED: PHOTOS: Melania’s Shirt Dress Made Her Critics Green With Envy)
“As part of my ongoing commitment to the overall well-being of children, I am looking forward to today’s visit,” Trump shared in a White House statement. “By our own example, we must teach children to be good stewards of the world they will inherit. We need to remember that they are always watching and listening. It is our responsibility to take the lead in teaching children the values of empathy and communication that are at the core of kindness, mindfulness, integrity, and leadership.”
Other pictures and clips have been shared on social media highlighting her trip.
