The first trailer was released Wednesday morning for the upcoming film “Den of Thieves,” and it looks outstanding.
The plot of the film is, “Every day, $120 million in cash is taken out of circulation and destroyed by the Federal Reserve. An elite crew of bank robbers sets out to pull off the ultimate heist and get to the money first, right under the noses of Los Angeles’ most feared division of law enforcement.”
It stars Gerard Butler, Pablo Schreiber, O’Shea Jackson, Jr. and 50 Cent. The trailer is one of the most action-packed previews I’ve ever seen. It seems like there will be plenty of bodies that are going to hit the ground before the closing credits begin to roll.
How cool does this movie look? It should be illegal to be a guy between the ages of 13 and 65 and not buy a ticket to this film. I don’t say that lightly. We need another great bank robbery movie, and it looks like “Den of Thieves” is going to be the fix that’s going to get us through.
It is scheduled to be released January 19, 2018.
