The first lady was spotted leaving the north entrance of the WH wearing a black dress with a scallop trim that hit just above the knees.

“The People’s House @WhiteHouse is ready to celebrate #Halloween2017,” Trump captioned a post she shared on Instagram.
A great external shot of the decorations, which included giant spiders, surfaced in the evening.
