As a sufferer from patellofemoral pain syndrome and osteoarthritis this is a must have in my opinion. For years I have used an old regular bed pillow to attempt to relieve some of the pressure and pain while I sleep and while it was okay the resulting relief wasn’t 100% or resounding. I came across this after someone suggested I try a memory foam/firm shaped pillow and I remembered the relief I experienced when I had previously used a maternity body pillow (which was just too big and clunky for daily use for forever). I ordered this and have used it for about 5 or so night I guess now and My only complaint… I wish I had known about this sooner.

The cover is soft and lightweight that it doesn’t make me feel sweaty or hot and the foam of the insert/pillow is the perfect amount of firm but because it’s memory foam it also takes the shape of my body.

The cover can be removed for washing and the pillow itself can be unfolded and used as song height too.

I broke my ankle/ leg a few years ago and had to sleep in an air cast boot for nearly 4 months (yes round the clock wear) and this also helps prop my ankle up after being on my feet all day to reduce swelling that remains even all these years later.

Definitely a must have for anyone with knee, hip or general leg pain.

Wow this thing is amazing, i love this knee pillow! It’s perfect for people with knee or join issues such as osteoarthritis. It’s really comfortable and really soft but at the same time providing the firmness needed for a proper support. I have been using this for about a week and i can safely say not only does it help reduce pain it helps give me a more sound sleep. The packaging was really nice and it would make a really great gift to anyone.

The cover is really nice and soft, very comfortable. Did not cause me any irritation at all during my use. The memory foam itself is really nice and soft and fits your form perfectly. It is also pretty firm to give the right amount of support to your knees. The cover can be removed for washing so that’s a really nice plus. The size is pretty nice and will fit anyone from skinny to moderately overweight. You can also separate the two pieces and adjust the pillow as you see fit, which is pretty nice. The velcro is really nice and it sticks together well. Overall very pleasant experience with this pillow.
