Megyn Kelly looked like her old hard-hitting self when she wrecked the LA Times writer who shamed Sarah Huckabee Sanders and a Fox News anchor.

WATCH:

The LA Times writer and cartoonist, David Horsey, angered the internet when he referred to White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders as a “chunky soccer mom” and called Fox News anchors “blonde Barbie dolls in short tight skirts.”

Kelly brought Horsey onto her NBC show to ask him, “what were you thinking?” and let him stumble through a half-apology before she went nuclear on him.

Kelly obviously took particular offense to the comment about Fox News anchors, and her experience as a tough journalist surfaced as she completely destroyed Horsey.

“I asked myself when I saw that, ‘who does he mean?'” Kelly said. “Does he mean Jamie Colby, who graduated high school at age 16 and practiced law for ten years before becoming a journalist and winning a Murrow Award? Does he mean Lea Gabrielle, who fought as a Navy fighter pilot for our country in Afghanistan before becoming a Fox News personality?”

She continued, “Melissa Francis, who graduated with an economics degree from Harvard, Catherine Herridge who has a Stanford and Harvard degree and gave part of her liver to her sick infant child?”

“To me, these are not Barbie dolls in short tight skirts and I think I speak for all of us when I say that part was equally offensive,” Kelly closed to applause.
