Miranda Lambert turns a year older on Friday. To celebrate her special day, we took a look back at some of her most jaw-dropping moments on the red carpet and stage.
The 34-year-old country music singer looked like the bell of the ball Wednesday night at the 51st Country Music Association Awards in Nashville, Tennessee in a sparkling powder blue sheer ball gown. And that’s just one example. (RELATED: Miranda Lambert Talks About ‘Heartache And Healing’ After Her Divorce)
Her debut album “Kerosene” in 2005 was widely successful and lead to another five albums over the next decade or so. She is one of the brightest stars in the entertainment industry and her musical ability has earned her numerous Grammys, Country Music Awards and Country Music Association Awards. In April 2017, she took home the ACM Award for “Female Vocalist of the Year” for the eighth consecutive year, setting a record for the most awarded in the category.
Wednesday night she won “Female Vocalist of the Year.” The “Gunpowder & Lead” singer shared that for the first time ever she felt like there was a real “family” at the CMAs.
“More than any other year I’ve been a part of the CMAs I feel truly like there’s a family in this room tonight,” Lambert explained. “I feel like we are bonded together and banded together more than we ever have been and I feel like country music is winning right now. So thank you CMA and thank you fans.”
Here’s to another great year. Happy Birthday Miranda!
