MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle had a backhanded insult for President Trump over his defense against sexual assault allegations.

Shortly before the 2016 presidential election, then-candidate Donald Trump said his accusers were too ugly for him to have groped them.

“Believe me, she would not be my first choice,” he said of one of the women, stating about another, “Check out her Facebook page, you’ll understand.”

The allegations against Trump have reentered political conversations after Republican Roy Moore and Democratic Sen. Al Franken have been accused of sexual misconduct, and MSNBC’s Ali Velshi recalled on Friday how Trump called his accusers ugly.

“A lot of people are wondering what has happened, why don’t we remember these women’s names at all?” Velshi stated.

After taking a sip from her MSNBC coffee mug, Ruhle jumped in, “Those women were too ugly–mirror, mirror, President Trump.”

Velshi somehow managed to keep his composure after the sly insult and kicked the show to a commercial break.
