CNN’s Chris Cuomo sparred with Breitbart News editor Joel Pollak, and Pollak wasn’t afraid to bring up a racial discrimination case against the network.

In an interview Tuesday night, Cuomo and Pollak went back and forth over allegations against Roy Moore.

Cuomo argued that allegations were important and deserved to be heard. At one point, Pollak brought up racial discrimination allegations contained in a lawsuit against CNN, which will likely be refiled this year.

Pollak said, “You know, there are serious allegations right now against CNN. They happen to be allegations of racial discrimination. 175 plaintiffs in the next lawsuit that’s going to be filed, we’re told 205 plaintiffs — those are very serious allegations, do you think you work for a racist organization? Do you think you have to take those accusers at their word?”

“Nope. Nope, but there’s an ongoing litigation. We won’t have ongoing litigation here. So you have to make a decision about it. You can distract all you like. I’ll give you an A for effort, but what I’m saying is at the end of the day, either you’re worried about these kinds of signals, or you’re not,” Cuomo answered.
