President Trump has again tweeted criticism of CNN, calling the network “fake news” and suggesting they should compete with other news networks for a “fake news award.”

CNN media reporter Brian Stelter started off the self-love fest by noting that CNN’s response to the president on Twitter got “more than twice as many shares, and faves, and retweets as the president’s message.”

Camerota went on to claim that random people are always stopping her to thank her for her news coverage.

“So many people obviously around the world do rely on CNN, and I’m sure you’ve had the same experience that I’ve begun having over the past year,” she said, “of people coming up and thanking us for still, you know, bringing facts, for still being the press, for still being there.”

“So it’s nice to know that people are spreading that word,” Camerota concluded.
