MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle blasted President Donald Trump for calling the media “fake news” right before introducing her guest, Dan Rather.

Ruhle introduced Rather as a “veteran journalist” and an “icon,” and asked him for his “reaction to President Trump directly attacking and denigrating American journalists.”

Rather called it “disappointing” and only briefly mentioned that he has made “mistakes.”
