Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost made their first official public appearance as a couple Thursday night in New York City.
The 33-year-old “Avengers” star was rumored to be dating the 35-year-old “Saturday Night Live” star for the last several months, but the couple made it official when they posed for pictures at the American Museum of Natural History Gala, according to People magazine. While they walked the red carpet separately, inside the event they posed for pictures together.
The “Ghost in the Shell” star was beaming at the evening’s event wearing a strapless red satin dress as she stood arm-in-arm with her beau sporting a black tuxedo and black bow tie.
The two were first rumored to be dating following the wrap party in May at the end of “SNL’s” Season 42. Since then the pair have been spotted out to dinner all over the place.
In September, Jost was asked about Johansson at the 2017 Emmy Awards. At the time, the comedian and writer shared, “She’s wonderful. She’s working, so otherwise, she’d be here.”
“The first time she hosted was the first year I was a writer on the show,” he added. “So, we’ve kind of known each other since then…she’s the best.”
