Celebs To Star In Christmas Show To Benefit Planned Parenthood

Celebrities like Mandy Moore and Colin Hanks have signed up to be part of a Christmas show with proceeds to benefit Planned Parenthood, according to Newsbusters Tuesday.

“Things kind of suck right now. So, let’s try and make them not suck,” a description about the show read. “Let’s have a fun night and get into the holiday spirit for a great cause at Feliz Navipod’s Feliz Navidad Variety Show. According to the announcement shared on Twitter about the event, Moore and Hanks will be joined by other performers like Nick Thune, Chris Sullivan, Taylor Goldsmith, and Rory Scovel, with proceeds to benefit Planned Parenthood of Los Angeles.

“HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! I am going to wear a suit to this,” Tony Thaxton tweeted about the upcoming event.

“This is 1 week from tonight! The show is full of wonderful people & hosted by @tonythaxton & @ToddCooper! And all for a great cause, @PPLosAngeles,” another performer for the show, Daniel Van Kirk, tweeted along with a picture using a shot from “A Charlie Brown Christmas” which celebrates the true meaning of Christmas as the birth of Jesus Christ.

The show takes place Monday December 18th in Los Angeles and tickets for the event cost $15 per person.
