A guest on “CNN Newsroom With Brooke Baldwin” Monday reminded everyone of the need for a “fact-based national security strategy.”

Samantha Vinograd, a former member of Obama’s national security council, said, “On Russia, on countering extremism. She added, “Brooke, I know you and I have discussed the fact that the last two terrorist attacks here in the United States have been a result, of domestic radicalization.
