President Donald Trump took aim at the Obama administration’s foreign policies in a speech unveiling his national security strategy Friday.

WATCH:

Trump did not explicitly name the former president, but listed many of Obama’s signature policy achievements as major U.S. failures.

“They undercut and short changed our men and women in uniform with inadequate resources, unstable funding and unclear missions. They failed to insist that our often very wealthy allies pay their fair share for defense, putting a massive and unfair burden on the U.S. taxpayer and our great  military,” the president emphasized.

He continued, “They neglected a nuclear menace in North Korea, made a disastrous, weak and incomprehensible deal with Iran. They put a lot of energy under lock and key. They imposed regulations and crippling taxes. They imposed sovereignty to foreign bureaucrats over capitals, and over the profound objections of the American people, our politicians left our borders wide open. Millions of immigrants entered illegally.”
