Dave Chappelle’s latest Netflix special is set to air on New Years Eve. It will be the third installment of Chappelle’s standup to air on Netflix since the “Chappelle’s” Show star returned to the spotlight in recent years.
A clip of the upcoming special shows Chappelle vaping on small and thin vape device. By the looks of it, it seems to be a Juul. During the short introduction clip of the new show, each opportunity he gets, he takes a vape. The crowd laughs, he takes a vape.
It is a health conscience decision by Chappelle to transition over to vaping, rather than his typical routine of smoking cigarettes on stage. In his first two appearances on Netflix, he was chain smoking cigarettes while doing his stand up. At some point since the second one was filmed, the comedian must have made a health-conscious decision. This is a welcome surprise to his fans, who would rather see him live a much longer life and in turn make them laugh for years to come.
Only time will tell if Chappelle sticks with vaping as his alternative to cigarettes.
