Looking to escape the frigid Arctic air ripping through most of the U.S.? Only four states in the lower 48 are forecast to not have temperatures below freezing as of Tuesday.
Arizona, California, Florida and Nevada are the only four states not expected to have a below freezing temperature somewhere within their borders, according to Weather.us meteorologist Ryan Maue.

In Southern California, temperatures are expected to reach the mid-to-high 70s on Tuesday, while in Maine temperatures are as low as 4 degrees Fahrenheit — with wind chill it’s even colder.
Fast-forward one day, however, and every single U.S. state is expected to have freezing temperatures, according to Maue.
