Netflix recently confirmed there would be a sequel to their movie “Bright,” and they also dropped an announcement video.

The announcement video shows different orcs, a key character group in the original film, in fake auditions for the film.

It seems like Netflix doesn’t plan on deviating at all from the spirit of the first film.

I know this movie was panned across the movie industry, but I actually enjoyed it a lot. I found Will Smith and Joel Edgerton to be great on screen together. That might be an opinion that’s firmly in the minority, but I still liked the movie a lot.

I also think that the sequel has a lot of potential if the writers and director don’t try to get too crazy. As they say, dance with who brought you. No need to get crazy and try to change things up.

Stick with Smith and Edgerton leading the way, and make sure that Lucy Fry makes an appearance. That’s the winning strategy.
