In a marathon interview with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, Scaramucci touched on his thoughts about Steve Bannon, Michael Wolff’s new book about President Trump, and Donald Trump Jr.’s Trump Tower meeting with a Russian lawyer.

Regarding the Wolff book, Scaramucci said that much of it is “nonsense” and shouldn’t be taken seriously by journalists.

“What I would say to everybody in the media about that book–why are we taking it at face value?” Scaramucci asked. “That book is being lifted, all of the juicy excerpts are being lifted to promote the book, but a lot of it’s nonsense.”

“Wolff, in many ways wrote a nonsensical book, he’s trying to say that the president didn’t want to win the American presidency, he’s trying to say that we all thought he was going to lose and that we thought losing was wining–Stephanie, thats total nonsense!” Scaramucci continued.

Scaramucci also called Wolff “an unattractive human being intellectually.”

“I think its a very dishonest portrayal of everything,” he concluded.
