Alabama defeated Georgia Monday night to win the college football national championship by a score of 26-23.
This game was absolutely outstanding, and incredible television. It was nothing but a back and forth struggle between two of the best teams in America.
However, it was freshman Tua Tagovailoa that came into the game off of the bench for the Crimson Tide that stole the show. The freshman from Hawaii entered the game with the Tide trailing, but he was fire from the moment he stepped on the field. He tossed the game winning touchdown in overtime, and this game is going to go down as one of the greatest ever played.

Tua Tagovailoa has been in for like three plays and he’s already my favorite college football player pic.twitter.com/FPy4PTlMNr

This is the first time Tua Tagovailoa has played with Alabama *not* leading by double digits this season.

What a great season for Alabama and what an incredible year of college football. Now we just have to wait another year before we get to engage in this fun again.
