A New York man wants Former New York Democratic Gov. Eliot Spitzer in jail for allegedly threatening to stab him in the genitals in a restaurant, according to a report Sunday.

Jamie Antolini filed a complaint Friday against the disgraced ex-governor for allegedly threatening to stab him in the crotch at the Avra Madison Estiatorio restaurant, he said Sunday.

Antolini reportedly praised Spitzer’s long-term nemesis Ken Langone, the founder of Home Depot, on Jan. 2, causing Spitzer to lash out, reported the New York Post. Spitzer responded by reportedly telling Antolini, “I’m going to stab you in the cock with a fucking knife!”

“I felt very threatened,” said Antolini, to The New York Post.“It’s not acceptable for anybody — I mean, who says things like that? The people I was with are still in shock.”

Attorney Joseph Murray is representing Antolini, and also represented Russian escort Svetlana Travis Zakharova, who claimed Spitzer threatening to kill her in 2014. Spitzer resigned from his position in 2008 after he admitted that he had sexual relations with prostitutes, reported ABC.

Spitzer could face charges of harassment or menacing, according to law enforcement sources.
