Houston Rockets player Eric Gordon doesn’t seem overly concerned over the fact multiple teammates of his reportedly entered the Clippers locker room.
“No biggie, man. No biggie,” Gordon told TMZ Sports when asked about the alleged altercation in the Clippers locker room with several Rockets player.
What else was he supposed to say here? This was a no-win situation for Gordon when the media saw him. There’s just no positive outcome.
If he confirms the altercation then Gordon and the Rockets have major problems. One of the players will have confirmed for the entire media that story is true. If he denies it then he risks getting accused of lying. Like I said, there’s no great outcome.
He played it perfectly. Don’t say much and don’t give away anything. Gordon absolutely made the right decision with his comments to TMZ.
