Former “Glee” star Naya Rivera will not be prosecuted for allegedly attacking her estranged husband Ryan Dorsey, according to TMZ Tuesday.

The 31-year-old actress was facing domestic battery charges after reportedly getting into an altercation over Thanksgiving weekend with Dorsey. The outlet reports that charges were dismissed on January 12 by local West Virginia prosecutors after her husband decided not to press charges. (RELATED: It Might Be November, But These Models Are Keeping Bikini Season Going)

In November, Rivera was arrested in Chesapeake, West Virginia after Dorsey called police because she reportedly hit him in the head and lip during a walk with their 2-year-old son.

“This is a difficult time for everyone in the family, especially for Naya and I,” Dorsey said at the time. “This isn’t some reality show, this is our life, and I ask that everyone especially ‘the media’ please respect our privacy and treat us/this situation how you would want a loved one to be treated.”

The “Devious Maids” star filed for divorce a second time from Dorsey shortly after the alleged incident and the two now share joint custody of their son.

The two got married in 2014 and shortly after that Rivera filed for divorce, but called it off last year.
