Amazon’s upcoming series “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan” will hit the streaming service sometime in 2018.

The plot of the show, according to IMDB, is, “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan follows an up-and-coming CIA analyst thrust into a dangerous field assignment for the first time. The series follows Ryan as he uncovers a pattern in terrorist communication that launches him into the center of a dangerous gambit with a new breed of terrorism that threatens destruction on a global scale.”

There have been several previews released for the show, and John Krasinski looks awesome as Jack Ryan.

This show looks like it has so much potential, and I’ll absolutely be checking it out. It’s crazy how Krasinski went from playing Jim on “The Office,” and now he’s pretty much becoming action star.

He was awesome in “13 Hours,” and it’s a similar character for him to be playing here.

It sucks that we don’t know yet know when in 2018 we’ll be getting the show, but hopefully it’s sooner than later. I don’t want to wait too long on seeing Krasinski as one of the most legendary characters in the history of books and movies. Hopefully he does Harrison Ford proud.
