A production adapted from Woody Allen’s 1994 movie “Bullet’s Over Broadway” was canceled after sexual misconduct allegations against the Allen.

Goodspeed Musicals announced they would replace the production with Jazz Age musical comedy “The Drowsy Chaperone,” reported The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday.

“Bullet’s Over Broadway” scheduled to open in September as part of the 2018 season.

Allen’s adopted daughter Dylan Farrow accused him of molesting her when she was seven years old. (RELATED: Report: Woody Allen Archive Features Disturbing Notes About Teenage Girls)

“In light of the current dialogue on sexual harassment and misconduct, the author of ‘Bullets Over Broadway,’ Woody Allen, has come under increasing scrutiny,” Michael Gennaro, the Goodspeed executive director, said in a statement. “Ongoing reports in the media have made this situation even more difficult and complicated and this led us to reconsider the appropriateness of producing the show.”
