Left-wing comedian Chelsea Handler appeared on MSNBC’s “AM Joy” Saturday to declare her disgust that a majority of white women voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 election.

“I think that the reaction, this #MeToo movement, and this #TimesUp movement, is a direct reaction to Donald Trump being elected,” Handler said.

“I know 53 or 54 percent some argue–of white women voted for Donald Trump, and that made me sick to my stomach, because we’re voting against our best interests. Whereas, you know, 94 percent of black women did not vote for Donald Trump because they knew they would be voting against their best interests.” (RELATED: MSNBC Guest Compares GOP Tax Cuts To ‘Rape’ [VIDEO])

Handler added that women need to be sisters to each other and find a left-wing candidate all women want to vote for.

“So I think it’s about coming together as women. Which, I think this election proved, with the marches, with both marches, and several in between, and globally, women are ready to stand together and stick together,” Handler said. “You don’t have to be a best friend to every woman, but you have to be a sister. And we have to act like that, and we have to support each other, and promote each other. And we didn’t turn out for Hillary Clinton. So, we’ve got to figure out who the woman is that we are going to show up for.” (RELATED: MSNBC Guest: ‘Psychologically Deranged’ Trump Called Gillibrand A ‘Whore’ [VIDEO])
