The media row for the Super Bowl is in the middle of a food court in the Mall of America.
ESPN’s Kevin Seifert posted a photo of the setup, and it’s really weird.
Probably the most unique radio row in #SuperBowl history. Tucked inside a food court at the Mall of America. (Shake Shack FTW.) pic.twitter.com/hxnMqIehVn

The NFL is a multi-billion dollar industry, and having your media row in what amounts to a cafeteria isn’t exactly a prime look. The media setup for my state basketball tournament in high school was a billion times nicer than this, and it’s Wisconsin high school basketball.
Also, how are you supposed to focus on work when surrounded by food? That’s a recipe for an absolute disaster. I can hardly focus at work right now, and I’m not surrounded by food. Put a dozen restaurants around me and you can bet that there’s going to be trouble.
The NFL needs to step up it’s game. Very disappointing performance from them for media row.
