Amazon Prime released its Super Bowl spot for “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan,” and it doesn’t disappoint.

The plot of the show, according to IMDB, is, “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan follows an up-and-coming CIA analyst thrust into a dangerous field assignment for the first time. The series follows Ryan as he uncovers a pattern in terrorist communication that launches him into the center of a dangerous gambit with a new breed of terrorism that threatens destruction on a global scale.”

The new trailer is by far and away the most action-packed. It also features voiceovers from Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Donald Trump and Barack Obama.

How awesome does this show look? John Krasinski looks incredible as Jack Ryan. I’m glad this show doesn’t look like it’s going to take a politically correct slant. It mostly just looks like we’re going to kill a ton of bad guys.

That’s a movie premise I can get behind any day of the week. We also get a rough time table for the release date, which is August 2018. That’s so far away, and such a long time to wait. Hopefully it’s worth it.
