A former Trump advisor and spokesman for former Rep. Micheal Grimm of New York told a reporter Friday exactly where he could shove his statement.

Grimm, who served time in prison for tax fraud, is running against Rep. Daniel Donovan this election cycle to reclaim his former seat. The former congressman owed a Washington, D.C. lobbying firm — Square Patton Boggs — more than $400,000 after leaving Congress in 2014, a sum the firm chose to forgive for the small pittance of $25,000 last September.

Michael Caputo claims there was no favor granting or nefarious activity and promises that the campaign will reveal the settlement in its next campaign disclosure report. When pressed for more details, Caputo snapped at reporters.

“Please print out my statement, roll it into a little ball, and shove it up your tight liberal ass, Greg. Reporters like you are why Donald Trump won,” Caputo told reporters.

Caputo likes to point out that Grimm’s opponent, Donovan, still owes a consultant $70,000 for his failed 2010 campaign.
