Hulu might have a huge hit on its hands with the new show “Castle Rock.”

I knew absolutely nothing about this show, and hadn’t even heard about it before last night. Then it popped up during the Super Bowl. I was hooked instantly. Time felt like it was standing still as the 30 second spot played.

There aren’t many details out there right now, and I have no idea what it was about. The trailer doesn’t give much away at all. The audience is pretty much just told that this is going to be a dark show and lots of bad things will happen. Seems like a pretty entertaining concept.

The IMDB page reads: “Based on the stories of Stephen King, the series will intertwine characters and themes from the fictional town of Castle Rock.”

There are also a handful of other previews that had previously hit the web.

There’s no set release date from what I can see, but IMDB indicates it’ll be out at some point in 2018.

You can bet every dollar you have that I’ll be checking this out when it gets released. “Castle Rock” looks way too good to pass up.
