Dueling narratives over House memos detailing the FBI and DOJ’s use of an uncorroborated dossier against the Trump campaign to surveil a short-time foreign policy advisor Carter Page have emerged from both Republican and Democrat sides of Congress.
Rep. Schiff and House Democrats are now saying that any redacted information from the pending Democrat memo, which has been sent to Trump to approve its release, could be “political” and affect the way the memo is interpreted. However, when compared to the Republican House memo, the Democrat memo reportedly includes sources and methods that are classified and are unavailable for public view.
Also on the news room, the Patriots lost the Super Bowl on Sunday to the Eagles, and Tom Brady was pretty bummed about the loss. His wife, Gisele Bundchen, posted her condolences on Instagram. The move seemed like a weak response to the Patriots’ loss over the weekend.
