Vice President Mike Pence sat right next to the North Korean delegation during the opening ceremonies of the 2018 winter Olympics in South Korea Friday morning.

He was only feet away from Kim Jong Un’s powerful sister Kim Yo Jong, who is the head of the hermit kingdom’s delegation to the games.

I’m sure lots of people will try to chalk this up to some kind of unity garbage, but it’s time stay woke to the truth.

This is the definition of a power move. Just an absolute power move. Tensions with North Korea are extremely high right now, and Pence casually drops in to sit with our favorite chubby dictator’s sister.

Kim showed up with a literal army of bodyguards to the games, a power move of her own, without a doubt.

How do you trump the North Koreans sending a massive body guard detail for Kim Yo Jong? The answer is obvious. You casually sit a few feet away from her like it’s no big deal. Pence is just out here flexing on the rest of the competition. Our military is ready to rock and roll if necessary, our Olympians will dominate and Pence couldn’t care less about the North Koreans showing up with an insane number of guards.

As I’ve said before, we should just cancel the games because America came to drink beer and win gold medals. Well, we’re all out of beer.
