A man by the name of Brian Perez was arrested on February 9 after allegedly stalking the model outside of her New York City apartment and sending her creepy messages social media. Now the 37-year-old man has been ordered not to contact her–neither in person nor online, according to Page Six.

Earlier this month Perez posted a photo of the 21-year-old stunner’s apartment on social media and sent her several creepy messages along with it.

“You want me to come? I’m going to come there now,” Perez wrote, according to court documents. “Please don’t make me come all the way down there,” the man also wrote.

After Hadid allegedly spotted the man outside of her Tribeca pad he was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment and stalking. He was released without bail and is due back in court sometime in March.

As for Hadid, she’s continued living her life as usual, crushing it on the runway at several shows for New York Fashion Week over the past few days.
