Catherine Frazier, a senior communications adviser to Sen. Ted Cruz, cracked an egg on Brian Stelter’s claim that Cruz, Sen. Marco Rubio and Florida Gov. Rick Scott refused to appear on CNN about the Parkland high school shooting Wednesday night.
