Former FSU defensive back and current Jacksonville Jaguars star Jalen Ramsey made it clear late Monday night that Jimbo Fisher didn’t help advance his career.
Fisher is now at Texas A&M, and an assistant coach with the Aggies tweeted out a photo of all the defensive backs Fisher coached who are now in the NFL.

Well, that didn’t sit well with Ramsey at all. He fired back with, “He didn’t teach me not one DB technique… #ComeGetSomeRealTruth #GoNoles.”

Ramsey is one of the realest dudes in all of sports, and his honesty is refreshing. He has ripped opponents in the past, which makes me believe that he’s telling the truth here.
It’s pretty harsh for an Aggies coach to hype up Fisher, and then get immediately shot down by one of the best defensive backs we’ve seen come out of college in the past decade.
He’s definitely the kind of guy you want on your side when it comes to recruiting. Having Ramsey tell the world that Jimbo did nothing to teach him how to be a defensive back is a rough look.
Tough, tough day for Jimbo and company.
